Care Navigator Assistant
- Detailed Role: As a Care Navigator Assistant, you will be the welcoming face of the ICC program. Responsibilities include greeting new and returning clients, guiding them through the initial intake process, accurately entering client data into our secure system, and assisting with scheduling follow-up appointments across various specialists (e.g., therapist, psychiatrist, nutritionist).
- Impact: You directly help reduce client anxiety during intake and ensure our providers have accurate, up-to-date information, making the collaborative care process efficient and client-focused.
- Commitment: Consistent weekly shift (e.g., 4 hours).

Administrative Support Volunteer
- Detailed Role: You will support the daily non-clinical operations of the center. Tasks involve managing inventory and restocking office and therapy room supplies, organizing and archiving physical and digital files, preparing and assembling educational packets for clients, and occasionally assisting with bulk mailing or copying projects.
- Impact: By keeping the office organized and running smoothly, you free up professional staff to focus entirely on client care and treatment coordination.
