Specializing in anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and trauma, she focuses particularly on women’s mental health, as well as children, adolescents, and college students. Dr. Xu takes a warm, nonjudgmental, and holistic approach to mental health, blending medication management, diverse therapy modalities, behavior modification, and mindfulness practices to help her patients restore clarity and balance to their lives.
