Parent Education Services (PES)

Strengthening Families, Building Resilience

The Parent Education Services (PES) program at the ARC Center is dedicated to empowering parents and caregivers with the tools they need to foster strong, positive family environments.

Operated under a contract with the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) of Alameda County, our classes are specifically designed to increase your capacity to confidently manage family challenges and build lasting resilience within your home.
